  • Since, a decade, “Chandrakanta” has constantly focused on the Cleanliness & Hygienic Condition of complete premise both inside & outside through cleaning on daily basis as well as Disinfection, Water Treatment, Pest Control at frequent intervals,
  • Under prevailing situation of COVID–19, least chance of contact with any outsider / stranger inside the premise because of the availability of In-House & Full Time House Keeping, Maintenance & Kitchen Staff,
  • Every person who enters the Premise has to get his / her Temperature tested through UV-Thermometer,
  • We have installed Sanitizer Stands in the Entire building,
  • We make sure that every corner of the building is well-cleansed & sanitized using most effective Chemicals,
  • To do so, we have restricted the entry of any person from outside & entire cleansing is performed by the in-house team,
  • The food that is provided is cooked by in-house team under the supervision of owner themselves & is served in properly sanitized containers.
Yes, the premise is well equipped with High Speed wifi / Internet Facilities.
 
Gates are locked at 10:00 P.M. sharp every day. Hence, tenants are expected to be back by 09:45 P.M. In case of emergency, a justified reason has to be stated. Parents will be informed in case of their daughter’s uninformed absence from our premise.
 
Your satisfaction with our services, at the time of booking and throughout your stay, is very important to us. You will be given a tour of our premises so that you can feel secure & satisfied before you book your accommodation / room.
 

Chandrakanta provides Well Furnished Rooms which includes Individual Bedding with Storage Facility & Separate Almirah with Locks, Dedicated Electric Iron & Ironing Table, Study Table, Stool, Chairs, Bookshelves & Shoe Racks, etc. All the appliances we use comply with the safety standards. These include Daikin Air Conditioners with Star Ratings, Crompton & Usha Geysers with Star Ratings, Refrigerators with Star Ratings, LED Televisions, Branded Coolers with 5-Star Ratings etc.
Speciality: Each Batch of 4 Girls have been provided their separate Drawing Room, Modular Kitchen with Pipelined Natural Gas & Gas Burners, Store Room, Balcony, Wash Area, Dining Table, Refrigerator, Television inclusive Cable Connection, etc,

We try to make sure that we are able to extend a comfortable stay to our tenants by providing Well Furnished & Spacious Rooms with Proper Ventilation & all necessary Modern & Branded Amenities for every Occupant. However, you are free to bring your Personal Furniture. (Charges will not be a subject to change regarding the same).
 
Chandrakanta provides you a Secured Parking Facility with 24 x 7 High Security CCTV Surveillance & Full-time Security Guard.
 
We Charge our Tenants based on our Monthly rates only and there is no option of weekly rates. Rates may differ in accordance with the Package that you select.
 
At Chandrakanta, the Month Cycle starts from the day on which a tenant joins. All the Terms & Conditions agreed upon are documented and all payments are receipted.
 
Chandrakanta provides you Single & Twin Sharing Air Cooler / Air Conditioned Rooms with Attached washrooms.
 
At Chandrakanta, we have adequate arrangement of In-House Kitchen providing Healthy & Hygienic Vegetarian including Jain Food to our occupants. Variety is served with multiple healthy items in Lunch & Dinner. Our menu offers wide assortment of dishes from North Indian, South Indian, Italian, Chinese Cuisine, thereby guarantees complete nourishment for young girls. The owner personally keeps proper & regular check on the cooked food to ensure the quality of food & maintaining its nutrition.
 
Chandrakanta provides you delicious & nutrition rich meals cooked in Clean & Hygienic In-House Kitchen for the entire week. Besides this, we also provide a separate kitchen to our tenants which is not be shared between more than 4 girls.
 
Each Batch of 4 Girls have been provided their separate Drawing Room, Modular Kitchen with Pipelined Natural Gas & Gas Burners, Store Room, Balcony, Wash Area, Dining Table, Refrigerator, Television inclusive Cable Connection, etc.
 
Your comfort will always be our first priority. At Chandrakanta, we avail to you our in-house team so that we can extend the option of Paid Laundry Services.
 
Chandrakanta provides highest level of hygiene and cleanliness in rooms and surroundings, as ambitious girls have their own routine and no time for the same. We have a dedicated in-house team of housekeeping & maintenance staff available 24 x 7 to clean entire premise every day.
 
The Accommodation is surrounded with many renowned coaching Institutions, Colleges, Hospitals, Police Stations, Medical Stores, Banks, Shopping Complex and Malls, General Stores, Grocery Stores etc.
 
The local Bus Stop to board City Buses & Travel Buses is located within a distance of Maximum 1 KM from Chandrakanta. Indore Junction is located at a distance of 6 KMs & Airport is located at a distance of 15 KMs from our Premises.
